With so many red waiting, I don’t think why they would let red wait too long, unless there is silver for their silver lining.

Yah, but you are waiting ahead of me. Sigh. Confirmation: 4/19/2022, Red, Santa Cruz, 19 inches. Given the reduced production numbers, I now have my fingers crossed for the end of this year delivery. However, I no longer have much faith in this. Maybe their 3rd quarter report will restore my hope but after the last two crappy quarterly reports I am no longer holding my breath. Put on top of that, I have now lost the $7,500 tax credit I was look forward to because Lucid refused to remove the liquidated damages clause in our confirmation purchase agreement.

Hello all! The Lucid rep is waiting in front of my house for the truck while I send some work emails over tea! So the journey from Confirmation 3/29 to VIN (I believe 7/15) to Delivery 8/19 will have been almost five months on the dot. May be a bit before I post again. Lucid has been aces up to now!
 
This message is for all the lonely, sad, disheartened and disappointed members of the Lucid Air GT forum with a confirmed purchase order for a Zenith Red GT.

I have some good news. As the holder of the oldest confirmed order for a Zenith Red GT (3/2/2022) on the Forum GT tracker without a VIN, I finally received my VIN this morning !! 😍😀☺️😂🤣 I won't reveal my DA's expected delivery date, mainly because of past predictions that never materialized, and I don't want to disappoint any of you Zenith Reds any more than we have already been disappointed. I will keep you posted on the timeline. I guess Lucid finally found that lost delivery truck full of the vats of Zenith Red paint they have been looking for the past two months. LOL! Hope more Zenith Reds start getting their VINs soon!

Funny thing about this though, I had a called lined up with my DA's supervisor yesterday afternoon to discuss my situation 😡😡, but she never called. Then I get my DA's call this morning that my VIN was assigned. Veehhrry Interesting. Food for thought.
 
Has anyone heard anything on home charger lately? Have a hole in my garage wall that is awaiting a charger...
Was told Q4 2022, but don’t keep your hope up realistically.

I hadn't heard from Victoria my "Inside delivery advisor" since I confirmed my order 4/1/22...I reached out to her via email twice two weeks ago for any update, and still haven't heard back from her. I did hear from my "Headquarters Sales Advisor" (who is also a friend ;)) and said she'd have her reach out, but still haven't received an email reply. Now I got an email to set up a phone call with a local delivery advisor from the Millbrae Studio & Service Center this afternoon. Not sure if he will tell me anything new, but still have my fingers crossed for a VIN soon...

Sorry to hear..join the club. I've tried to reach my DA 5 times over 2.5 months now. Lucid Financial and my Sales Advisor both messaged my DA directly and CC'd me, and still no response.

I hear that booking their calendar is generally successful, however at this point I dont expect to learn anything and have no desire to meet my DA any longer since I've already asked for a new one. Might make that call awkward!

since I will be in Zimbabwe until mid September, guess that is when I will pick it up.

I confirmed eons ago, way back in December, so there was a delay.
I was the last red confirmation in December to receive a car ( last time I checked ) .
May be a location thing.

Anyway, I am sorry if you are having communication issues with your DA. I think they are probably so overwhelmed.

Jess has been very good. I got lucky there.

Update..just got off the phone with my DA. He was nice enough, but the news wasn't. Both red & gray have an estimated delivery date of late 4th quarter, or early 1st quarter of 2023. Guess I'll stop holding my breath for the VIN email to arrive.

The last I heard from her, she said that she expected my VIN to be assigned in late May or early June and that the Lucid Connected Home Charging Station would be available for sale in July. Hearing nothing further in May or June, I reached back out to her in July at which point she stopped answering my emails. I was then called by a mere "Delivery Advisor" who promised to be my advocate going forward. His name is Laurence Paulite and sure enough, I finally got my VIN. So if you get Laurence, don't get discouraged by the fact that his title doesn't include the word "Inside," you'll be in good hands. Best of luck!

It was Laurence, hopefully he was super conservative in his delivery estimate :)
