Gravity Bugs / Issues

Okay got the push notification today and waited until I got home to run the update. It failed again. On hold for the 3rd time today with customer support with no pickup after many minutes on hold. Any suggestions will be helpful.

Is anyone experiencing random turning on and off of software features in the Gravity?

This evening we were driving along a highway with a 50mph speed limit. Our car was displaying a posted speed limit of 15mph (something about which I've already posted). Suddenly, after about 12 miles of driving this road, the speed limit display turned yellow/orange and sounded an audio warning for exceeding what the car thought was the posted speed limit. When I got to a point I could stop, I found that alarm feature had spontaneously turned on in the DreamDrive menu.

We've already had other DreamDrive features spontaneously turn on as well. Since the lane departure warning/intervention and the drowsy and inattentive driver alerts in our Air are way too sensitive, one of the first things I did in the Gravity was to go into the DreamDrive menu and turn those three features off. Two of the times they seemed to have turned themselves on during vehicle power-up. One of the times it seems to have happened while driving.

I've also had to go into the Easy Entry/Exit menu several times to change the ride height adjustment. I keep it set to "Lowest", but it has occasionally reset itself to "Highest". I notice when this has happened, because the difference means I have to slide over the seat bottom bolster and drop a couple of inches to the ground to get out of the car or heave myself over the bolster to get into the car -- something that is very annoying and probably not good for the bolsters or the leather.

At this point, I think your Gravity is cursed and you need a priest/rabbi/imam/etc....

Most of these features are by profile, but I'm sure you already know that.

I'm not sure this setting is saved, or if it's geofenced, or what. We've definitely had to set ride height to "High" after parking to avoid scraping the doors. (Our friends with a RAV4 were amazed by this, but I guess coming from the X having the ability to adjust chassis height by several inches is something we're inured to.)
