Tesla supercharging working today?

I was able to charge my Air at a 32-stall 250kW supercharger location today. It didn't work when i tried it at the same site a couple months ago. I couldn't figure out how to initiate the charge using Lucid's phone app, so I used Tesla's app, which worked fine. Had to parallel-park for the cable to reach, blocking at least one other stall.

Thanks for doing this! I have been anxious to do this, but I'm traveling away form my car and won't be home until tonight

And other vendors are rolling out 1000V NACS stations already. No need to wait for Tesla.
I haven't seen any yet. I don't know whether or not I should be surprised. On the one hand, I thought that companies would start adding NACS cables. On the other hand, they might feel that since utilization is already as high as their network can tolerate, at least in the areas where I've used them, it would be spending money but getting no more revenue. They will need them in the long run, but for now I'd be better off with more 800+V CCS stations.

The big new players - Ionna, Walmart, Mercedes-Benz, are installing 400kW dual-connector NACS/CCS stations. I've read that EA is doing the same for site upgrades, but I believe this is just getting started. I don't think you'll see many new installations of CCS-only stalls after this year.

Sorry i'm a noob with tesla charging. Couldn't you just pull in head first? Is the cable that short?

I was thinking of this:
Legit?
Once it has passed CSA/UL testing, it seems reasonable for the Air. I wouldn't use it on a 400V vehicle that could draw 500A.

How many Amps does the Air draw at max?
Depending on the Air version, around 400A peak, for a few minutes on a 1000V charging station. Closer to 120A on a 450V charger but for potentially a couple hours.

What's the draw for Gravity?
Gravity don't need no steeeking adapter
500A on a 1000V NACS or CCS station
500A on a 450V NACS station

Please note from the "Charging your Lucid Air" Knowledge Center article that Lucid recommends only using Lucid-approved adapters, which are certified and thoroughly tested for safety and compatibility. Lucid adapters have built-in safety features to ensure they operate correctly and protect against electrical hazards. Third-party adapters may not have been tested to the same standards, and using them may lead to charging issues or potentially even damage your Lucid Air’s charging system.

I'd like to 1000% this. Not to mention personal safety issues with some poorly made adapters that do not have adequate interlocks.

Mine is coming in the mail from Lucid Store.
The mail service Lucid uses, DHL, is interesting: 2 days to make a departure from origin

@marqie I love your help and content, but man that long reversed type on the website is hard to read.
