Gravity Delivery Discussion

Its max on a 500V charger is 225kW and even pulling in with a relatively high SoC it still got near 200kW using the booster. As with all chargers, speed fluctuates but in the 11 mins I was charging an average would’ve been around 135kW
That’s similar to what I recently got on my Rivian at a Tesla SC with 50% SoC. Not being negative, but for context. Gravity definitely will charge faster/more efficiently, but Tesla SCs aren’t all equal etc.

Just got an update on my vehicle. So it's currently in transit to Dallas as we speak and expected to arrive in about an hour. I'm told I can pick it up as soon as tomorrow evening! Exciting!
Wow that is an extremely fast PDI. Everyone is working overtime to beat the end of the month.

Yeah, I think they're trying to deliver as many before the end of the month/quarter as possible as my SA was admittedly swamped. Not sure that the PDI was actually fast as it's been at the Houston service center getting PDI'd for 2 weeks. They are just physically moving it to Dallas. Everything is already completed from the inspection standpoint (short of any additional checks they are going to do to make sure it wasn't damaged in this second transport).

If it takes them two weeks to correct what wasn’t quite right from factory…maybe it’s time to adjust their processes…

Anyway…the GTs are back of the line and hopefully come out decent :/)

GGTs aren’t back of the line at all. Plenty of folks on the forum have a VIN for a GGT in production. Nevertheless, yes, hopefully they refine production as they ramp…

I'm told that 3 are arriving in Natick, MA on Friday. It looks like they are starting to really appear! (Unless this is a Q2 rush and then Q3 will be slow to start, but I don't think so from the reports on this forum so far.)
