RESOLVED Lucid app access denied..

Same here. Key does not work. Wallet with card in the car. Tried deleting / reinstalling app, changing password to no avail. Key fob's home. Lucid call center slammed I've been on hold for 15 min - #disaster

Can they remotely unlock the door?
 
This is bad. This, in a word, should never happen.

Having said that, this is why I always carry my backup keycard in my wallet. Not helpful for those who are out and about and don't make that a habit, I know.
Have never thought to need this but now that this has happened its not a bad idea
 
Same boat. Locked out. Key card in wallet in car. On phone and text with CS with no response yet. Crappy timing on a Friday afternoon 😕
 
I have now been disconnected TWICE trying to get to someone in customer care. I suspect their phone system is completely overwhelmed right now- NOT GOOD!

In theory they should be able to. Unless whatever computer is serving the mobile key function is the same one that they use to mobile unlock.
 
Looks like widespread issue that is affecting everyone. I can't log in into the mobile app as well after receiving double referral bonus notification.

See, and here you thought Lucid didn't care about Android.

Kidding aside, I find this very bizarre. Why it would only break on iOS is a mystery to me, if I understand how the mobile key works at all. (I guess I don't.)
 
..and no one can charge either right now with the 'free charging' program. YIKES!
This you can at least just pay for now and have Lucid reimburse you later. Sucks, but not nearly as bad as being stuck in the middle of a road trip at a rest stop and now you can't even get back into your car.
 
And this is why I'm never giving up my fob. This was my worst fear losing access to the car via this mobile key.

Don't think this has ever been reported before, and I'd wager this is the type of thing that will put redundancies in place and never happen again.
