As stated numerous times, you can't always trust what the local reps say - they're not always the most informed. There was absolutely no mention of trims in any of the official Lucid announcements, other than the DE and having a GT demo vehicle. I'm not sure that even Lucid knows fully yet what trims there will be and when.

The only real mention I have seen of trims is a review stating that the Gravity trims will mirror that of the Air, which would suggest a pure.

Please Lucid, just make a trim without a glass roof. I love the roof on my GT but if I was to take another plunge I would prefer to have a car with a sold metal roof.

I had never been to any Lucid event/meetup before but this Friday Gravity party and Saturday meetup/rally was so awesome I’m looking fwd to the next and would encourage every owner in this forum to join. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, including the Lucid mgmt team who were very approachable and enthusiastic so when they say it’s a labor of love, now I can believe that.

So great to meet everyone who came! Can't wait for the next event, most likely production reveal in BH

I spoke with a Lucid rep from Florida. There will not be a "Pure" variant of Gravity. At the moment just Dream, Touring and Grand Touring.

These decisions haven’t been finalized yet. The Lucid rep from Florida was either pulling things from his butt or was misinformed by someone else who pulled something from their butt.

Probably by now, others have posted about it. I did not sit in the car but I know other LOC members did. Also, rumor that VP Zak, who is around 6'7", got in. He (allegedly) said his headroom was fine but leg room compromised.

One big difference with Gravity over Air is the integration of the software team with the hardware team. With Air a lot of hardware/electronic choices were made without a lot of feedback from the software team. I say this because it seemed like prior to the Air roll out that the software team was still ramping up. Because of the late arrival of the software team, there were hardware decisions in place that the software team could not overcome. With Mike Bell now leading the software team and having influence over hardware, there will be better integration and many of the Air problems will not happen. At least that is what I am hoping.

The fob has been GREATLY improved - guess Lucid is listening! Caught this in the Throttle House video. Would be good if Lucid offered an upgrade for Air customers

Lucid has challenge to beat R1S range. But at 120kW, it can do it to match R1S 150kW. I don’t like the “dumb range” (refer to GM or Rivian) or “Tesla Killer” reference. I think that kind of marketing can really backfire. If you are strong, people will know thru words of mouth. Those Throttle House’s “Tesla Killer” campaign basically incite Musketeers simp to do counterstrike Lucid bankruptcy FUD.

Stay humble, keep on trucking like RJ Scaringe. Rivian doesn’t attack others, yet, their growth rate trump Tesla first 8 quarter since each of flagship debut.

Just stay humble in this macro environment.
