Are you more here cause it’s 19 inch wheels or that they are pre powder coat and want the powdercoat feel ? Or just for the popcorn 🍿
 
Yeesh on most automotive forums, people don't shit all over someone's for sale post. Even if that person is asking more than their goods are worth, it's something for the buyer and seller to work out.

FWIW no one seems to want my nearly new 3D floor mats, even for free. Thin market.

Only if it's J&J talcum baby powder which I am sure in California is listed now as a Super Bad Cancer Causing Substance that could turn your mats into an EPA Superfund Site.
