I knew almost all the specs of Pure except 1 temp control zone in the rear which is no big deal really. My 7 passenger has 1 for the rear 5 seats and it was never a problem. What I knew and did not mind at all are rear window power sun shades, no massaging front seats, no soft close doors, no power Frunk. I actually did not want the glass roof and the acceleration of Pure is way more than I want. So, this car was perfect for me. I did know what the ambient lighting limited to only displays but that is not something I would care about. I really love the leg room in the back seat though. DDp Highway Assist worked well on San Mateo bridge and 880 South on the way home from Millbrae. No one can say that Pure is not luxury. On a scale of 1 to 10, if Dream is a 10, I can easily call Pure 8.

Does pure have power sun shades to the others windows at all?

Happy New Year. Does pure have three driving modes smooth, swift, sprint like the other trims? What is your experience with those modes?

I am sure, by the time my Pure will be ready, tire pressure monitoring won't be standard, and then get some song and dance that I needed to upgrade to a Touring for that to be included.

I have been a huge Lucid fan-boy, a current reservation holder, and currently own a bunch of LCID. Yes, I drank the Kool-Aid. And here I am seriously considering canceling my order. This sucks.

Back when you placed your order, the studio staff didn't have any contradicting information. Lucid mgmt seemed to make decisions on trim content at the last minute before assembly started (my guess is that with the uncertain economy/supply chain, they waited to see what could be included at what cost). If you look at the multiple threads GT vs T, T vs P, T standard equipment, P standard equipment, the information changed over time as mgmt released info to studio personnel. Back when you made the reservation, no one knew what was included on the T or P trims. This lack of information has been a huge source of frustration for many of us and led some to cancel. To show how out of touch the studio personnel were, when I confirmed my GT, they told me I'd get my car in two months. 6 and a half months later, I got the car.

Now that the cars are out, hopefully, the retail staff are all on the same page with current information. But yeah, early on, it was ugly.

Yes. I used the smooth mode only so far and max regen single pedal. Just drove only 20 miles highway and 20 on surface streets in rainy weather. That is plenty fast.

It is still ugly. 2023 and still no detailed specs as to what will be on the RWD Pure and what will be options. It is one thing to be behind shipping cars; it is another to fail to even tell us what they are trying to sell to us.
 
One other thing that fooled me was the material for center console slides. I thought they would be changed to wood when I upgraded the interior option just like the design application on the website.

sorry to keep asking about the sun shades but is it manual or just none at all? I have manual ones in my car right now and are very useful in the Phoenix summers.
