WTS Lucid Air Touring (reservation)

Ordered a Lucid Air Touring Reservation--Delivery anticipated Q1 2023.
Had a change in circumstances--so this won't fit into my lifestyle when delivered.

Specs can be modified until November 30th.

Currently is Red Color, Tahoe Interior, with Dream Drive Pro.
Looking to basically sell the reservation for $120K + Tax. This runs around $125K + Tax + a lengthy wait time if ordered today.
Specifications can be customized until November 30th.

Price can change based on options etc. Open to discussion as well.

You likely already know but reservations are nontransferable so you would have to purchase and sell after the fact.

Could leave you in a tricky spot so make sure to have a written binding contract signed with the third party. Worst case you buy the car with no legit buyer. Also check your state laws. I'm not 100% on this but won't you have to register under your name when you buy it, get taxed, and then the buyer would need to reregister under his name and pay the tax again?
