I’ve seen several mentions on the forum of sending a report to Lucid with the time when Drive Assist did something funky. The implication was that they can look at my car’s data and learn from that. As I understand it, there’s a limited time window after the event before the car data is unavailable (was it 3 days?).
I tried searching the forums and came up empty…too many results that are just people posting about a glitch! Is there a place in the app or car to submit reports like this?
Or is it all filtered through generic customer care emails or texts?
(FWIW, I’m very impressed by the state of the drive assist and the hands-free. I just felt like it’s time for me to start making the effort to report little glitches like unnecessary slowdowns, to help them iron out those kinks.)
