I want to give a shout-out to the Lucid SC in Scottsdale, and in particular, my Service Advisor, Lena. Lena has been my SC Advisor since Day 1 (2 years ago). The whole SC team was great!
I took my 2022 AGT in for my two-year maintenance. The car only had ~14,000 miles on it. Aside from the regular maintenance items, there were a number of other things such as the front air damp boots (broken and fell off), the cruise control button was sticky, and miscellaneous small items.
Lena and her team went through the car with a fine-tooth comb and discovered several other items they took the initiative to fix. They replaced the steering wheel, (my 3rd steering wheel) because of the sticky buttons, the tech rerouted my dashcam wiring to make it look spiffy clean. The original dashcam installation, done by yours-truly, did not pass their inspection . And they detailed the car before returning back to me. All the while, Lena called and kept me informed.
In addition, when I dropped the car off, I had a lengthy talk with Lena and Josh, another SC advisor, about Lucid’s SW problems and the door lock problem. They were helpful and informative.
For the owners in AZ, you are in good hands. BTW, Lena told me the Scottsdale SC also service NM and Northern TX.
