I'm sure you're not the only one, but it seems to vary car to car. Mine is really solid. It works almost all the time. I'm in the trial now, and will probably pay for it when the trial is over. My other two cars have it. I haven't had to do any kind of reset in quite a while.I am very disappointed with how Sirius/XM works with Lucid. Currently I have absolutely NO plans to pay for Sirius on my car (and I am a past subscriber). I put up with the beta application. More frequently than not, Sirius would fail to load about 50% of the time. During the occasions it would not come up, I tried the reboot method (holding the "AIR" logo for ten seconds or so). Often, that would get it going. However, for about the last month (since we were notified we would have to subscribe), even rebooting doesn't seem to work (it doesn't seem to reboot anymore). Sirius just seems to come and go whenever it wants. This is overall not good for Sirius or Lucid.
Any thoughts? I am the only one seeing this?
I’ve found it’s almost always pegged to your internet access. The very few times I lose XM, it’s concurrent with a loss of the internet.I am very disappointed with how Sirius/XM works with Lucid. I have noticed that it won’t connect more often than before. Yes the Air reset usually fixes but it is annoying to do so often. I hope theres a fix for this in the worksI am very disappointed with how Sirius/XM works with Lucid. Currently I have absolutely NO plans to pay for Sirius on my car (and I am a past subscriber). I'm seeing similar behavior in my MY25 AirGT.I am very disappointed with how Sirius/XM works with Lucid. Currently I have absolutely NO plans to pay for Sirius on my car (and I am a past subscriber). That's the same exact problem I have in my 2023 AWD Pure. I've about given up on Sirius and Lucid at this pointI'm seeing similar behavior in my MY25 AirGT.
My Sirius XM Account subscription is current and works on any other device I use it with.
I have to use Bluetooth from my phone as a workaround for now... But that isn't ideal at all...
I have to reach out to SiriusXM, but I think they are not the issue...
Infotainment reports "No Subscription" for the status, the Login/Setup option is "greyed out" too...
So I can't do anything from the infotainment settings... It's pretty frustrating to say the least, but the workaround seem to be working (for now)...
Finally got SXM to play without having to resort to Bluetooth! I rebooted the car and that seems to have fixed the issue (for now anyways...).I'm seeing similar behavior in my MY25 AirGT.

More than likely the occasional reboot. That’s the only recurring issue I’ve had with my car. It’s better than it used to be, but I do lose it on occasion. In my case there’s one area near a large shopping mall where, despite a strong cellular signal, I’ll lose SXM 90% of the time. So at least in some cases the loss is not always tied to cellular signal strength. Perhaps there’s some odd interference that disrupts the car’s internet reception. Finally got SXM to play without having to resort to Bluetooth! I rebooted the car and that seems to have fixed the issue (for now anyways...).
I had struggled with how to do a car reboot and found itin this forum!
(Thanks to the contributors who posted or shared that info!)
I guess the next question is...
Will SXM continue ue to work or need the additional (and/or) frequent reboots reported by others...
There is no actual satellite receiver, it's streaming. Is there an actual satellite radio / antenna in the car or is SXM being delivered to the car via the cellular data connection? One of the things I liked in my prior car was that with SXM being delivered by satellites, it would still work with no cell signal.
You have to activate your Sirius Radio ID with Sirius in order for it to work in the Lucid application. I had the same issue as I have Sirius in my other car (BMW) but that is satellite radio as opposed to internet radio which is our Lucid. Shoot me a message and I will be more than happy to assist. It took me almost a year to figure this out with Lucid saying it wasn’t them and Sirius telling me it was a Lucid issue. Ever since I fixed the issue never had a problem again.I'm seeing similar behavior in my MY25 AirGT.

Thanks. That was my guess with no shark fin. Also explains why I get no signal when date service is weak. That's good and too bad all at the same time. I just need YouTube music native app and I'll be good although with Android Auto coming maybe that's why it's not there? There is no actual satellite receiver, it's streaming.
