Regen Question

Also, Tesla recently made it so that the brakes simulate the feel of regen braking during times when it’s limited due to temps or the battery being at a high SOC. Perhaps that’s something Lucid should also consider, in order to create consistency in the braking experience.

Unless I missed it, I’ve also not seen it mentioned that an additional benefit of regen braking is that it saves your regular brakes. While EVs will blow through tires like nothing you’ve ever seen before (due to the heavier weight…and excessive “launching”), the brakes are hardly used compared to ICE vehicles.
When I brought my I Pace in for tires at 35k miles, I took the opportunity to take a look at the brake pads. They looked untouched.

In the Jag, using the brake pedal causes regen unless it’s a panic stop or below 4mph. I wonder how the Lucid works on that.
