Referral Program Yearly Limit Reset

Happy new year everyone.

I was expecting the yearly limit of the referral program to reset in 2025, since it's based on calendar year, but the dashboard shows it'll reset on 1/1/2026.
Anyone else who reached their limit in 2024 seeing this? Or is this an error in the referral system/dashboard?
I also noticed that the number of referrals has been reduced again to 4 referrals only, down from 8. And Pure earns 4,000 points now, down from 6,000.
Also, I read that points expire 2 years after earning them, I'm not sure if this language has been there but I don't remember reading it before.
