Problem with Navigation

I have a weird problem. The navigation is stuck in a location and does not move. The funny thing when I connect apple carplay google navigation does not work either. It is stuck in the same location as the car. I tried all types of reset not luck. I plan to take it to Service center.

That's very weird. I've never heard of that one before. I had a weird sound issue a month ago, and it was solved by changing to guest profile, then to my hubby's profile and doing a reset, then coming back to mine and doing a reset.

That happened to me when I first received the car. A reset won’t fix it. If I recall ( without knowing many details ) , service will need to access the CPU to reset it. It’s an easy fix.

I had something similar where the nav was stuck in front of the Lucid HQ (I am in Ohio). No resets solved it, but mobile tech was able to get it working again.

You need your TCU reset. Call service.

I had a similar issue, for two days while on a road trip in the desert, far from a service center. Trying to navigate using CarPlay also didn't work, and the phone also lost its ability to use GPS until we turned location services off and back on. We fell back on navigating using a handheld phone without CarPlay. Attempts at resetting the car didn't help but it started working again eventually.
Definitely see if you can get mobile service to fix it.

After an unrelated service my car is stuck at the Lucid Hq. No navigation means no HA. No resets worked. After 4 days car is back in service.

My car navigation decided it lives in Lucid HQ last night, and it won't move no matter where I drive. I did a hold-down-'Air logo'-reset to no avail. Not sure if it's related, but my SiriusXM also stopped working and says no connection to Internet.

Did you try the resets? Did this happen after a recent service? I had a loose GPS antenna connection. Had to return car to service to tighten the connections.

I tried both 'Air logo'-reset, and the 'brake+X+mic'-reset to no avail. Is there another reset you recommend? I did not have a service appointment yet, I've only had the car 2 weeks.

Can you connect your car to wifi?
I think you need to make a service appointment unfortunately. Your TCU isn't working, and if you can't connect the car to the internet to update it, you won't be able to get the software fix (version 2.6) that's coming.

While I'd successfully setup the car to connect to my home WiFi on day 1, it now doesn't do WiFi anymore. Frustrating there is no way for me to reset the TCU; I hope this doesn't ever happen again.
I'd been waiting about a week for Mobile service to be scheduled. It is now set for Monday Feb 10.
