Agreed. Given its claimed 40 minute run time per charge mine was at about 25% or so (not unreasonable).
Its doc claims that when fully charged the charge status light will go from flashing (charging) to solid (charged)... after several hours I gave up on it ever declaring itself charged (it was still flashing)... don't know if this is a unit flaw, or if the doc is simply bad (it does show some signs of being a poor translation).
