Peace out and culture adventure ahead

The Lidar-versioned Polestar 3 is slated for late 2024 at about $100K, so it'll be contemporaneous with, and priced similarly to, the Gravity.
The Polestar salesman asked me which other cars I was considering, I said Gravity and he became very quiet after that.
I had a lucid salesman ask me the same thing, and for fun I said the model s. He gave me every reason the lucid was better than it and I was very impressed by how professional he stayed while at the same time completely sh!tting on it lol

So today I made to Lucid Design Studio in Zurich, because it is inside Jelmoli department store, the studio got tons of foot traffic next to many Swiss luxury watches display and many people were curiously checking out.

The Cog Railroad is the first mountain railway in Europe which has been transporting guests comfortably to the impressive heart of mountains and peak of Rigi Klum since 1871. And it’s pollution-free fully electric train, going downhill it uses regenerative braking to capture energy back. The air quality and view of Swiss Alps are just breath-taking.

I have no idea what brand of EV is this. It’s only 1 seater. Does anyone know??

That’s not a car. That’s a toy. My little nephew drives something like that in red around the driveway 🤣
You haven’t experienced being a child until you go 10 mph in a little tikes screaming “i dont want to die” as the frame rattles more than a Model S on crack.

Im more likely to win the lottery and get hit by lightning than to survive that at 56 mph

Yes, in early turn of 20th century, 1/3 of transportation was actually electric before Rockefeller’s Standard Oil got America and rest of world on subscription base of combustion fuel.

At St Moritz, I saw 90%+ cars on the road are either SUV, crossover, minivan or station wagon. Sedan was less than 10%. This also led me to believe Lucid Air may do very well here. Btw, I never seen so many MB G-Wagon in a small city as this city.

G wagons are VERY good for off-roading, despite all these new influencers trashing their name. Perhaps one looking for a luxury off-roader would choose between that and a Range Rover?

CORRECTION:
I meant Lucid Gravity should do very well here in Swiss Alps towns.

Range Rover also plenty here as well.
As London and Hong Kong, I see endless Rolls Rolce, here in St Moritz just endless European and American SUVs which I havenot seen that elsewhere in Europe.

Sorry for hijacking the thread, but on my way home from school, I saw a Fisker Ocean being delivered! Cool car, they are becoming more common here.

Yeah there’s a new white one in my neighborhood, good looking SUV in person, better than most. All the reviews of the user interface turned me off though, plus no frunk.

Thanks for the report T 2.0
what to do before you die

Headed there ourselves this fall ... doing the Tauck tour down the Rhine, from the "Top of Europe" to Amsterdam.
We did Canyonlands (absolutely a bucket list top pick) last spring. Yes I took the Lucid down the Grand Canyon...why do you ask?

below Glen Canyon Dam ... headed to Grand Canyon

This is where you get out, because from here on downstream you are in the Grand Canyon. It's kinda sad to leave such a magical place ... but tomorrow it's Bryce. Mind blown again. Then Zion. mindless now. Then Vegas - I am ready to die.

I saw 3 Fisker Ocean on the road so far. I think they are good starter car. It gives out good vibes. Software is rather primitive and needed improvement for sure.

This was my recent trip to LA checking out Fisker show room.
