I do… I’m on 2.6.0Not happening to everyone. I’m on 2.6.0 and haven’t got these issues
Call and have them push.Quick question, I am still on 2.5.4 (received car end of Jan 2025 with it). Only real issue I am having is audio dropping out requiring the soft reset. Has happened 3 - 4 times in past month. Not sure if 2.6 fixes this issue, so should I wait for the OTA or contact CS to have them push it out to me. I also read on this forum Lucid may have paused the OTA updates to clean up a few bugs?
Thanks
Figures that as soon as I post this I get the update notification. Nevermind!Anyone else still on 2.5.x other than me? I've asked CC about pushing the update multiple times now. The first two occasions they said it was being pushed to my car (with no success) and the third time I received a canned comment about the queue taking several weeks (it's been over a month now) and to be patient, and that it also shouldn't affect receiving subsequent updates, etc.
Not complaining that I'm still missing the update, necessarily, but it just seems odd to me that it would take this long and not receive the update after the team manually pushing the update multiple times. Feels to me like there's a potential issue with my car and the CC reps aren't really understanding the situation, but maybe I'm not alone and am just overthinking!
No, my update was quick, under 15 minutes. Only "issue" was the app told me I had to manually unlock the doors.I am on 2.6.0. Got a notice this morning to update to 2.6.11.
However, when I tried to install 2.6.11, it won't proceed.
Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks....I was unable to initiate the update via the APP after many attempts. I then tried to initiate from the car, but was also unsuccessful. No, my update was quick, under 15 minutes. Only "issue" was the app told me I had to manually unlock the doors.
One small step for man... lol!Thanks....I was unable to initiate the update via the APP after many attempts. I then tried to initiate from the car, but was also unsuccessful.
I tried to initiate the update from the car for the third time and it proceeded. I have not checked on the results yet, but it is progress!
I have no proof of this, but I do strongly suspect the car needs to be able to talk to the internet to authorize with EA automatically. I would hope it would still work if you used a credit card or the EA app to authorize it though.I realize this thread is about the OTA and not about charging. But I'm tagging on to this thread because people mentioned their vehicle being offline multiple times. I just plugged into an EA charger while my vehicle was offline and it would not connect or charge. Customer service told me the two things were not related and that vehicle should still charge while it's offline. To test that theory, I connected the car's Wi-Fi to my mobile hotspot on my phone and the vehicle went back online. Then pulled into an EA charger and it's charging fine. Can anyone confirm or deny if the vehicle being offline affects the ability to DC fast charge at EA?
Being offline should not affect the ability to charge at EA. The certificate for PnC is stored on the car itself, and it is EA that does the talking to the internet, not your car.I realize this thread is about the OTA and not about charging.
