Yeah, I had that happen to me when I installed 1.2.20 today. First time I've seen a percentage figure above 50%!!Mine actually went to 99% and stayed there for a while and then completed.

When I picked up my car, it was on 1.2.19 but the update for 1.2.20 showed available on the pilot panel so the service center installed it while paperwork was completed. Then nothing for 2 weeks so I emailed customer care on Sunday evening and I had the 1.2.21 update an hour later (they emailed within 30 minutes that the update team was sending me the update). Honestly, since it was Sunday evening, I was expecting it wouldn't get handled until Monday.Has anyone here not gotten the update to 1.2.21 yet?
