Got to meet my new DA Evelina yesterday and she emailed me today. My second Touring model with metal roof is due for production in about a month. Still haven't sold my first one yet and have really been enjoying it. If anyone wants a black loaded touring with under 2000 miles for $14,000 under what they cost to order new, message me.

This is really ridiculous!! I too was offered the $7,500 off last Tuesday 1/17 when I finally got word on the status of my car. My DA offered me the $7,500 off a full 48 hours before Lucid started emailing customers this offer. I immediately declined since I don't lease cars and certainly wouldn't lease one in this price range. Good luck and let us know what Lucid says.

My DA called today to inform me that Lucid is not able to make ANY price adjustments on my reservation, and reminded me that leases and business purchases could still qualify for the $7500 tax credit. Both of which do not work for me. I told him I would call him back Wednesday. My DA is transfering to another position, and I am 1 of 3 customers he has left as a DA.

I really want the car. Maybe I can squeeze all-weather mats and tire repair kit out of them.

I took delivery on 1/20/23 of my Touring and it came with the hat/bottle/bag combo... they were all in the frunk. DA didn't mention it at all until delivery day when I popped the frunk open and saw it.

I’ve never had anyone from Lucid act rude toward me, but I do agree that they need to have customer service training to consolidate and standardized their message and practices.

According to my random Googling, the DA salaries are around $75-90k...in the Bay Area, for a job that is essentially waiting on rich people, and not something personally fulfilling like being a teacher. Plus in this labor market they must have a ton of customers each. Plus they have a fabulously inefficient customer service model that requires or encourages a human to talk to the customer at various points for no reason.

My DA has been perfectly polite in 100% of interactions with me, but I wouldn't blame him from being annoyed from time to time, and don't fault him for the occasional delayed response. I would much, much rather deal with a Lucid SA/DA than a car dealer.

Can I ask what your configuration and color choices are for the metal roof touring that you ordered?

Should just require a reset of the module. Mobile service can usually take care of it in less than 10 minutes.

Apparently not for me. It'll require me to bring the car in, and they can't even look at it for two weeks.
