Ha....Apologies, but that was not at all my intent! But i'd wager that people here would rather know to expect that gift than drive home in their new car without one...
I spoke to my DA earlier today and asked about getting a hat, water bottle etc. and he totally shut me down saying that it will not be provided and that the studio set up false expectations when they said they may be able to include them during delivery. For the 130k I'm spending.. it sure would've been nice to get a darned hat...! I felt cheap asking and then felt worse after hearing the reply..

My DA in California flat out said we get no such bag/bottle/cap gift. Thes studio manager said we get one for sure. Lucid being inconsistent.
Your previous posts seem to indicate that you cancelled your original order for a Pure and somehow managed to get a Touring in the next 2-3 weeks in Texas? So I guess I’m confused why your DA is in California??

Correct. My guess why my DA is in California is because I live in Houston which doesn't have a studio and I refuse to travel to Dallas where they do have a studio.. so I'm picking up at a service center in Houston...I did get an email from the Dallas studio manager asking if I wanted to pickup in Dallas in which case, my DA would have been in Dallas.

No updates at all. I actually asked my DA this AM and no response. I usually have to ask him about things 3 times before i get any response to any question i ask

MY DA wouldn't confirm the time of day, even at gunpoint. I found him beyond useless as he wouldn't return calls until I'd made 6 or 7. Except, that is, when Lucid needed to correct a screwup in my paperwork so they could report my purchase for their year-end numbers for Wal Street. Then he called 7 times in 2 days. What an idiot !!

Perhaps request to work with another DA? My DA and even SA have been nothing short of wonderful.
I'm sure there are some very fine DAs. Unfortunately mine was not one of them.
Hate to jump on someones post…I received my Window sticker last week and it had SSPRO and DDPRO included even though I did not select those two options. My DA said those features will be good for 90 days…
