checking wifi as my car has been offline for days. WiFi was off. When I turned it on, it does not find any networks. I rebooted the car and same problem. Does anyone have and troubleshooting steps for this?

My guess is you need your communications module replaced.

You need to book with service . You can call the service number or text them at the same number. As Borski said the comm module may need replacement or in my case it was a reboot by the service techs. It's a reboot done directly with the module instead of the entire car.

I know this is an old thread, but wanted to post so that others will know what to do. As MorganB said, you'll need to schedule a service appointment. If the module does not need to be replaced the service will take less than 30 minutes. Here are the details from my recent visit.

I just came back from a 4000-mile trip without the WIFI. The service center could remotely fix it after trying all kinds of different methods to reboot the car. Man of them I had never read about on this forum. It ended up requiring a hard boot at the service center. The hardware was fine, it was the software. This is the second time this has happened to me (2022 Lucid Air GT - 31,000 miles) The biggest hassles for me were no navigation, no Sirius XM, and I could not plug and play at the various EA stations. The weirdest thing was, on two occasions, while plugged into EA and trying to get authorized, the panel showed the Xchange feature and was asking how low I wanted my batteries to go before the car stopped sending amps to the EA station. Go figure!
