Needing suggestions in how to get an answer from Lucid Delayed Title Transfer to my State DMV

I purchased my Lucid May 20th part of which was financed and paid directly to Lucid from bank and the rest cash. Including tax title and transfer. Received a temp tag which is within a few weeks of expiration. Lucid has yet transferred and paid taxes to my state DMV and now the bank is calling and sent a letter saying that the lien must be put on title within ten days of loan will be cancelled.
I have texted, emailed customer service, Ted the sales person, and the sales person listed on my profile page and none have helped, only to say I am sure it will be done in a few days. That was weeks ago.
Who do I talk to?
 
Just a quick follow up.

Its now almost 6 months since I took delivery (AGT on Feb 21st, 2025 in Plainview, NY). Need CT Plates and Title - doesn't look there's a chance of this happening anytime soon. I'm on my 3rd temp set of AZ plates.

Have called Lucid sales, delivery, operations etc - all very polite, but no progress.

Decided to see if I could get some help from CT DMV - was very surprised to get a call back from them saying that they had no record of any registration request for my VIN.

Next step was to call my local State Senator and see if their office could help. Again was very surprised to get an immediate call from his Aide, who connected with their CT DMV Liason person - and got a call from this individual. This person did get much further with Lucid - did find out that this work has been outsourced to Express Tag & TItle in VA and did get in touch with a rep from Express Tag & Title who explained tha they have a runner that they use for the DMV and is the person who has the paperwork and claimed that the CT DMV is backed up (this was pretty funny - they were telling a CT DMV employee that they were backed up!). But the Express Tag & Title folks would not provide the contact information of this individual that has the paperwork. So still unable to the bottom of this issue.

At this stage, one can only assume the worst - something weird is going on - etiher at Lucid or at Express Tag & Title. At the suggestion of my Senator's Aide, putting together all the details (Sale, Delivery, paperwork, emails etc) and getting hold of the State Attorney General's office to see if they can perhaps get more details.
