Need help installing the radar detector

I want to get escort redline 360 installed in the mirror. Anyone tried that? I’m in Irvine (so cal) and shop recos? Appreciate the response.

I did it myself for my Valentine 1 gen 2 and Uniden R8. Not that hard once you pop the covers around the mirror. Then use a small cable tap with pins and and RG connector to tap into a wire harness for power. I’d recommend fused cable taps for added protection. Having some pry tools also makes the job easier. Do a search there’s a couple good write ups here.

Thank you for the response. I don't trust myself with anything DIY when it comes to cars but at least now I know how it can be done.
