Need a second lucid for a movie shoot

Ok here’s the deal. My car is coming to Manhattan for a movie with Jude Law and Jason Bateman called Black Rabbit. The car production company is paying $900 for the day they will pick up in Nyack or I suppose you can drive down to Manhattan.the date of the shoot is July 9 but they would probably pick it up the 8th. They insure your car and they have shot my Z8 and Isetta in the past so I’m familiar with this operation . They need a double of my car, Zenith red with Santa Cruz interior although I bet anything other than Tahoe would be ok. They are doing two shoots and don’t want to set up twice. Any one interested?

I have zenith red, 19" wheels, Mojave interior. Gonna be in Manhattan on the 7th and 8th, although at this time not with the Lucid. (will drive in Manhattan with it but will not park it there.) Not sure if I can make it happen o those days, but willing to look at it more.

Both my car and Mikes had their star turn in the city today shooting “Black Rabbitt” with Jason Bateman and Jude Law. Apparently our cars were the ride of a competitor to Jason Batemans character. The production company paid to wrap mikes roof and mirrors and blade to mimic mine. We both are red with Santa Cruz interior and 19 inch non aero wheels. It looks like we will have another shoot in August so you guys will see a lucid in at least two episodes of this series ( no I don’t know when airing is set for yet) it’s funny but I reached out to Lucid early in this process to see if they wanted to loan a car, the sales manager said he would refer it to marketing and they would get to me( but never did) I feel the company can’t squander these free publicity opportunities, it’s just good to have enthusiastic owners around to make this happen here are some pics of my car and Mikes see if you sharp eyed people can spot the small difference between our two cars

Thanks for the write-up @CraZ8 . It was a very long day, lots of waiting. Left at 4:30a and got home after 5p. Of all things to forget, I left the fob at home. So I got only a few pictures since the phone was left in the car for crew to access. Two cars were needed mine provided all the interior shots while @CraZ8's provided the exterior view of the scene. All the gear inside my car was to mount the camera which slid inside the car. I did worry about damage but the crew and especially Jake, the fellow from the company that provided the cars kept a keen eye. All the morning great was all a surprise to both of us. Did get to see the stars from afar and a neat experience overall. Too bad the wife prefers the original roof so I'll have to get the wrap removed.... one day. After the shoot ended I discovered the driver's window would not go back up. So I'm trying to get that fixed before the natick rally. Second time this has happened. Uggg.

Day two of shooting in NYC. They employed both Mikes and my car but only used mine for exterior shots. About 3 hours set up and shooting for a 30 second spot. There must have been 35 techs and gaffers and boom guys and prop people not to mention a few actors and several extras plus some other cars employed as traffic. No wonder movies are so damn expensive! Looks like Black Rabbit gets released in 2025 on net flix. The car wrangler told me he worked on the series “ Succesion” where they used a Lucid Air as well. He really liked the car then as well
