Mirror auto unfold?

I dare not drive into or out of my garage with the mirrors out, but it just requires that I press the button on the screen (before placing in reverse) to close them.

My DD folds the side mirrors when I lock the car. But if I use the button to fold the mirrors before I enter the garage, they stay folded until I exit and either repress the button or start driving forward at more than 5 mph.

That 5 mph auto-unfold is the real problem too low to be practical in tight spaces. Feels like an easy software tweak to let people choose the speed or disable it entirely.
