I've tried twice now. Drove it a little right after the update completed. Handle presented as soon as I got to the driver door. 🤞

Just tried an hour later... stood there for 5 seconds again before it presented. Same as before. 😞

Tiny sample size, but even one delay like I've been plagued with is... discouraging.

Service will look at it in July. Maybe I just have a bad fob.
 
I just recently updated to 3.6 and completed the Identity Verification, but my DreamDrive menu hasn’t changed at all—none of the new options like Hands-Free Drive Assist or anything else have shown up. Is this normal? Is it just a matter of the feature configuration flags not loading yet, and I just need to wait a bit?

If I understand correctly, the menu items should show up right away but be grayed out or marked as unavailable until I complete the calibration process. In my case, though, no new options have appeared at all.
 
My install ended up taking just under 3 hours (maybe 2hr 50min but I wasn't timing to the exact minute).
 
Mine took about 2:40. The only scary part is when it went offline about halfway through.

The notes say you have to drive it on a highway for about 30 minutes for the system to calibrate. Could take less, could take more but most people seem to have it take less than 30 mins
 
I just finished a 2.5 hour drive. I expected the Dream Drive functionality to be unavailable like I saw on Notch EV at least for a little bit. They stayed for the whole drive. I'm hoping it'll clear the next time I drive it. Not sure what I should be expecting.

Mine is apparently more but I haven't verify identity. Maybe thats impacting things
 
First, I'm excited about the update. Sounds great. Unfortunately I'm having a problem. After the update, it asked me to verify my profile. I entered what I thought was my profile and it came back with "Incorrect Password" with a footnote to go to lucidmotors.com/portal to change it. Since it is sending me to the website, I assume it is the same password for the car and website. (Am I wrong?) I logged into the portal using the first password and it worked. I then logged out and clicked "Forgot my Password". I changed it, logged into the website and all was fine. Went to the car, and the password still does not work.

I hope I'm missing something simple here but would appreciate some quick help. Thanks.
 
Installed the update over cellular data at work this afternoon. Took about 2.5 hrs.
First thing I did after getting into the car is followed the instructions in the notes and verify my profile by re-entering my password as prompted.
Got the DreamDrive temporary limited notification as expected once I got into the car.
Drove home with daylights, mostly on the highway, so clear lane divider markings, going at speed between 20-70 MPH due to traffics.
Hand-free DreamDrive became available after about 10 miles on the highway (about 15 minutes).
 
My update finished in about 2 hours. The progress percentage stayed below 25% most of the time. And then it started jumping. I checked a couple of minutes after I noticed it hit 50% and it was already at 100%.

Calibration for Dream Drive Pro took about 25 minutes with maybe 10 of that on an actual highway. Driving home tonight I could only kick in DD for a few minutes but it did really well. As I approached a toll booth it gave me advanced warning it was about to disengage. Very cool.

Adaptive headlights are very cool and definitely worth it. Still getting used to driving in the city with the high beam indicator lit on the dash while there are cars everywhere.

As NotchEV noted, the interface just seems snappier.

One more thing, I think they fixed the Homelink pop up. Before this update it would show up as I left my garage and block half of the CarPlay screen. If I tapped the screen to dismiss it, it would come right back until I was some distance away from the house. I've only had one opportunity to test it, but it definitely was not there. This is a pleasant surprise.

And did they add more EV charing networks to the preference lists in the settings? I do not recall seeing Ionna in the list before but I may have just missed it.
 
Just when you think everything went smoothly and the installation is complete there can still be bumps in the road. When I tried to verify as per instructions the car would not accept my password which I had copied right out of my password manager. I verified the password from a second and third source and tried it again. After 3 rejections the car suggested that I change my password on the Lucid portal. Using exactly the same password that the car refused to accept, the portal let me in and allowed me to change my password. I went back to the vehicle with the new password and it was accepted on the first try. I'm not sure exactly how this can happen. The password the car won't accept works on the portal. I suppose the password in the vehicle could have been corrupted or maybe it looked at me and decided I look pretty shady. Whatever, it's done and I'm ready to go calibrate.
 
Currently doing SF > LA on the new update and the drive assist has been absolutely perfect for I-5 long haul. Definitely disabled the auto lange change as it prefers to push you to the right / out of the passing lane. Keyfob with new battery has been much more responsive so far. Any my frunk finally opens!! Mine always took 2-3 (usually 3) attempts to open and has so far opened first try 3 times in a row. Looks like they slowed the opening speed slightly and it catches less now. Thanks @marqie for getting us in the earlier waves.

Just a quick acknowledgement to Marqie. We are being pretty self-centered about our responses, but I guess that I realize you are feeling a lot of stress and disappointment about this news; hang in there. I think we all will after the complaining is done.

I don't know if this is the handy work of @marqie but, I received the push around 7pm tonight. Either way, thank you so much Marqie! It may have taken about 2hr 30 mins to install. I know the instructions say to calibrate on the highway during the day, but I couldn't help myself and went for a drive around 10:20pm. About 2 mins into a highway driving, the "feature unavailable" went away for the drive assist.
I turned it on and the drive itself was flawless, except for the fact that the automatic lane assist does not work.
And when I engage the turn stalk to change lanes, the Automatic Lane Assist immediately says "feature unavailable."
I parked somewhere to do a soft reset with the hope that it would clear on my drive back home, but the automation still isn't working. But manual lane change worked 2 of the 5 times that I tried it.
Anyone else having this issue, and if yes, any solution?
Perhaps I need to drive the car again but during the day?

I updated, got the profile verification page, and successfully logged back in. But my mobile app still says “Verify Your Identity in Vehicle” at the top of the page. I’ve logged out/in to the mobile app a few times just to convince it to refresh but no luck. I can’t figure out how to log out of the car and a soft reset doesn’t fix it. Anyone else hit this?
 
Interesting seems my car was able to calibrate just on the 50mph Expressway I take to work in a couple minutes
 
Few days on 3.6.0. This update has been incredible. Hands free is so well
Implemented. Drove 20 miles on busy freeway today and it was flawless. Lane changes were a little conservative despite being on assertive mode, but I think I will increase the follow distance to get it to move lanes earlier.

Fob was working reliably for me since 3.5.1 and a new fob, but with this update it is snappier and auto lock is even more responsive. Amazingly I am quickly becoming comfortable with expecting the fob to just work every time. 😱

all UI screen switches are snappier. Google Maps integration is very welcome.

I really feel like this car is dialed in. Loving it!
