Lucid financing not available in WA state?

I ordered my Lucid Air Touring today, and when I was talking to the sales person over the phone, I asked about Lucid Financing, and she said, "oh, Lucid financing isn't available in WA"...I can't find anything else about this...and in talking to my local bank (BECU), their auto interest rate is 2 points higher than what I saw for Lucid financing (6.74% vs. 4.99%). Any info or context, either on Lucid financing in WA, or other sources for financing?

Check out Navy Federal if you have an ability to get an account. They have slightly more competitive rates then that.

Its the result of a disgusting example of corruption in politics. A bill to resolve this recently stalled in the House Consumer Protection & Business Committee where Rep. Amy Walen, D-Kirkland, the chair, said it lacked caucus support. So it never came up for a vote. The fact that Amy Walen and her husband own dealerships (and therefore don't want Lucid and Rivian to be able to sell directly to consumers), I'm sure had nothing to do with it......
