Ordering Lucid Air Touring

Don't expect your communication with the company to get any better after you take delivery of the vehicle. It only gets worse.
While I think the product is really good so far, the 'sales team' needs to be gutted and start from scratch.
The sales team is just that - for sales. Once you've bought the car, they're of no use to you any longer, and you're now needing to deal with the service team. The best way to communicate is generally directly with your local service center. The national CS can get bogged down and sometimes takes a bit of time to respond to requests. In nearly 2-1/2 years of ownership, I've never had a communication issue with Lucid.

I had a horrible time with the delivery, and it made me question my decision, buuuuttttt…. After that got worked out,
🎤 🎶 Dreeeeeeam, dream, dream, dream, dream, dreeeeam❣️

Service Center has been quick and attentive when I’ve needed.

And still…. I love Luci❤️

the struggle is definitely worth it

Thus far my experience with Lucid has been better than with ANY other car company (including Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW, Ferrari, GM, Honda, Toyota and Subaru). Granted, I am early in the process, but I’ve gotten returned phone calls and texts after hours, and on weekends…all of them timely and on point. I have also not seen any signs of the far too typical car sales bluster and BS. Just straightforward, honest answers with no pressure one way or another.

I have dealt with both the national sales team and the folks at the Short Hills Mall studio in New Jersey…

Thus far these folks seem to be very customer-centric.

P.S. How could I forget Tesla? While I LOVE my 2018 Model 3 Performance, I really dislike everything else about the Company. Tesla holds the candle for consistently exhibiting the most abominable, LEAST customer-centric business model (and customer service) of any car company I have ever dealt with…
