What are the frequencies the EQ are set to? Is Low / Mid/ High set to 100 Hz / 1000 Hz / 10000 Hz?
Can a user predefine those?
Can an update be made for a 5-band EQ?

Here's a feature suggestion very common in higher-end cars: when the car first 'starts' the volume should take a second or so to achieve the full set volume. This keeps people from getting their ears blasted if they had it cranked up the last time they were listening and forgot to turn it down before leaving the car. Has happened to me multiple times and can scare the passengers.
Response from Bob: "We've discussed the possibility of a default volume level option (that you could opt out of) but so far it hasn't been implemented. A ramp-up could work, but if you aren't in the car to stop it from ramping it would only help so much. Thanks for the suggestion - we'll take it into consideration."

What are the specific specifications of each of the speakers in the Surround Pro? (ie. Ohms, Watts, Freq.Response (ie. 4 ohms, 40 watts, 20hz-20khz)?

Any thoughts on the option of recalibrating the Atmos to put the driver in the middle of the soundstage?
I can probably answer this question for them, this is not possible with Atmos for the same reason that you cannot adjust the listening position. It’s very different from taking a two channel source and then using the car’s DSP to move things around, Atmos essentially IS the movement, things being discretely assigned to a minimum of 7.2.4 channels before it’s delivered as a non-modifiable format that then gets uncoded by the Dolby codec.

I was wondering if there are any future plans to make the base system sound better? My car was MSRP of $135k and although it didn't have the Pro system it should still sound better than my GFs 2023 Dodge Challenger with the Alpine system. I used to be a theatre audio engineer, so I do know a bit about sound. My reference cars are 2022 BMW iX, 2022 Jeep Cherokee 4xe McIntosh system, 2024 BMW XM Bowers & Willkins. I also feel like the SSPro system does not compete with any of these. The highs and mids are just decent enough,. but the lows feel week all around .
I will say the last update helped immensely I am now able to turn the volume all the way to max without the sub trying to eject itself out of the car. Also is there any plans to offer, even at a cost Atmos in the base system as an upgrade?
Response from Colin: "Our team's goal is to deliver a standard audio system with stereo playback and acoustic performance that is competitive with other vehicles in its class. Our goal for Surreal Sound Pro is to deliver an audio system with spatial audio playback and acoustic performance that exceeds the competition. As for Atmos in the base system, there aren't enough channels to accurately represent artist intent, so we aren't currently considering this as an option."

Bob, when you joined the team last fall the Lucid audio system had a "studio" feel regarding the volume. The center roller volume wheel took a lot of input to get to a good listening volume and it seemed like about 70% volume as indicated on the display was when the system came alive. In recent updates, it appears that that trend has disappeared and the volume is more conventional with the gains. Is that something you have been working on?
Response from Bob: "Yes, the biggest change was shortening the range down from 100 clicks to 50 clicks, so you can get from quiet to loud and back with less effort. This does mean less granularity, but 100 clicks is probably too much range, or at least that was our thought."

Hello: I have notice recently, perhaps since the last system update, that the audio has a very high pitch volume that makes it difficult to listen to, like the high-end EQ is significantly higher but it it not when I check the setting. Even the turn signal sounds different, higher pitched. Is this intentional? It is not comfortable. Should I bring this into service? Thank you, BTW, this car is absolutely incredible, I have had nice cars, but this is amazing! - Air GT with the upgraded audio (pro)
Yes, we would advise having service look at it to assess.

Thanks.
I sat in the Gravity that was at the Miami Studio a couple weeks ago, and the Bass were not great from the front row, even with the EQ Bass set at the max.
Any chance this would be improved in the short term (adding a sub in the front, for example)?
Response from Bob: "The tuning has yet to be finalized on Gravity, so no judgements should be made on the quality of the audio system. Whatever tuning was in the showroom car was only a precursor of what’s to come."

I have the SSP in my Air Touring. Can you tell me where all 21 speakers are located? I haven't been able to identify them all.
The speakers are located in the following locations in cars equipped with Surreal Sound Pro:
- 4 speakers in the front dash
- 4 speakers in the A-pillars (2 at the base and 2 at the top)
- 2 woofers in the front footwells
- 4 speakers in the rear doors
- 2 speakers in the pillars above the rear seat occupants
- 4 speakers in the rear parcel shelf
- 1 subwoofer in the rear parcel shelf

Can you display the bitrate on the screen on Tidal please?
Response from Colin: "This is something that may be possible in the future to behave similarly to the Tidal mobile app with a (Low, Medium and High)"
