Yesterday after my car turned my garage into a sauna when charging my Enel X JuiceBox overheated and wouldn't charge anymore. Resetting the breaker, unplugging it and plugging it back in did nothing to stop is from squealing. I contacted support last night and within 5 mins got a response on what to do. Followed the procedure this morning and the charger is back up and running.
For those of you looking for a 3rd part wall charger I can highly recommend this box. It's been flawless over the years and now to get an after sales support response that quickly is impressive also.
