Actually it does exist, and that is why I was asking about it before I got the Lucid. Hondas, at least the Accord and Clarity, have Cruise Control and LKAS (Lane Keeping Assist). You can operate them together or independently. I would usually drive on the freeway with the LKAS on as a backup. I was steering and controlling the speed, like normal driving, but it was nice that if I reached over for my water bottle and took my hands off the wheel for half a second that the car would stay in the lane by itself. There was an indicator on the dash to let you know it was functioning.
