It’s a scratchy to elbow material based on what I read, would need owner feedback on that one. Post on FB they are quick to respond and share.

It’s just Purluxe that has the linen-like material on the armrests.
 
How do I update the tracker to show that it was delivered?

The fabric is a little rough and if you rub your bare elbow and forearm on the armrests it is a little scratchy. Not bad at all, but it is a little rough. But they wanted to keep the fabric theme consistent across the car and the light gray against the black exterior is stunning.
 
Just recording for posterity and so that the tracker can be updated: DE #183 delivered 10/24/25. Included 2 fobs, 2 keycards, and frunk seat. 2 adaptors, charge cable, and even a tire patch kit. And tow hook and hitch receiver.

Depending on where you live it may be required to deliver a patch kit or a spare tire. Maryland requires this, for example.

Wow, google confirms you are correct! I live in MD. Here I was assuming they were just being nice to me.

It's a good thing, because I had gone online to buy the one that Lucid sells a few months back and it was sold out. I went to the manufacturer site, also sold out there too. So I was weighing other "aftermarket" options but hadn't settled on anything. It's nice to have it in the car and ready to go if needed.
 
My GDE is in Production and has been now for about 2.5 weeks. What's been the typical time we're seeing these move from VIN assigned to delivery? My GDE will be going to the Chicago Service Center for delivery.

How do you determine what GDE # you are? Can you tell by VIN or not until you get delivery? VIN id x01554

My timeline is in my sig below so you can see the deets, but it took about 8 weeks from in Production to Delivery for my GDE. There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason to your DE number; mine is in the mid 100s but I'm pretty sure some in the 300s were delivered before me. If there is a connection to the VIN number, I don't know what it is.

Yes. Found this out when I picked up my model 3 in Maryland. Subsequently a model s and a gde both purchased here in California did not come with. I may have purloined the model 3 one when buying the s. Second fob still on back order but getting my first fob updated via mobile service.

no frunk seat, should come via mail I was told, same with the 2nd fob.

My GDE delivery date is set for next Friday in Chicago.

What other GDE goodies do you get outside of frunk seat ?
 
Got a call from Lucid, 2nd key fob will be delivered with mobile service, earliest appointment 12/2/2025. This is in Los Angeles area.
