I commute to work 30 miles each way in LA traffic. I already have almost 5,000 miles on my GDE. I love one pedal driving, IMO it's one of the best features of EV's. I've come to rely on the driving dynamics of the car because let's face it I'm half asleep during much of my morning commute anyway. Having the car decide to creep into intersections like PCH, which I cross, or roll backwards on hills, is a safety issue for me.

Another update: they are awaiting a revised center console for my car and essentially confirmed the pinched wiring harness explanation. Hopefully this permanently solves the key issues I’ve seen.

Still waiting on the new center console. Service center said it would arrive overnight on Monday, then it was Thursday, and now it’s some unknown date. The car will have been at the SC for two weeks on Monday. It’s been at the SC for 30% of the time I’ve had it.

While I still think it’s a great car, there’s no way I could recommend the brand to non early adopter types

Hmm . . . I wonder which version we'll have in the Gravity we take delivery on tomorrow? My account dashboard still shows 3.3.1.

Any idea what 3.3.2 does?

Reduce random errors and improve access system, per release notes.

I was told they must be updated to the latest version to deliver.

Oh, so by "incoming" you meant it's already here. That's good. Maybe we will have it on the new car tomorrow then . . . and on the first Gravity when we finally get it back from the Roswell SC.

Could you post a shot of the release notes or tell us the key points?
 
Oops. My bad. I see you've already posted it on the 3.3.1 thread. Thanks.

It looks as if they're addressing the random false alerts almost all the cars seem to be getting.

You are correct, the car should behave consistently when you’ve set it to hold and not roll. I have however noticed I think 3 times now when getting the Air back from service the vehicle defaulted to roll mode instead of hold, it’s like the service mode switched it out of my brake hold settings by accident. Are you 100% certain the car is not set to creep or roll but to hold, and it’s not greyed out as a setting? Do you get an error message when it goes into roll mode? Just trying to see if it’s similar to the other owners problem, who would randomly get a brake hold fault error message. Anything that could lead the vehicle to roll when it’s supposed to go into brake hold is indeed serious.

However, I have noticed regen brake settings affects this too. If you are set to roll/creep, with regen on, it will act like brake hold. If you turn regen off, it will roll forwards or backwards. I don't know why they made this choice but its confusing.

...that's not true. My 'creep' mode works fine; I never use it, but I just tested it for about 15 minutes because I was curious.

It's a 10-minute update; if the SC doesn't get to it, won't be too big a deal.

Yeah; assuming the setting is set to 'hold' (which definitely needs double-checking), this would be serious. I haven't seen it on ours, but if not just a setting issue, definitely needs fixing asap.

Mine does, I thought, but I could have had a setting wrong. I also only have Dream Drive Poverty so idk if that’s part of the issue 🤷
 
Random bug.

I was parking for the first time in my new gravity. Sensors worked great. But after parking, the sensor ping kept going and going. Didn’t stop until we got out and locked the car.

Posted in a separate thread but adding here for good measure that my front passenger door electronics don’t work, so window doesn’t go down to get in frame, electronic release doesn’t work and window button doesn’t work. Somehow missed this at delivery.
