Short version: don't waste your money paying for expedited delivery of any accessories from the Lucid Store.

Long version (for the staunch of heart): After being wrapped with PPF, one of our Gravity rear doors was damaged when a semi-trailer in the next lane threw a cube of wood against it. Although the door was dented, we thought the damaged film had kept the paint intact. The film installer had the dent successfully repaired by a dent removal service but found there was a small scratch in the paint. The installer called me Tuesday morning to tell me, and I immediately ordered an Aurora Green paint pen from the accessories store. As I was hoping to get the car returned by the end of the week, I paid $50 extra for expedited 2-day FedEx shipping -- more even than the whopping $45 for the pen.
The tracking site shows the pen started from Carrolton, TX on October 28 and has since bounced to Irving, TX to Collins, MS to Jacksonville, FL to Ocala, FL. It was originally showing delivery in Naples by end of day today (Thursday, October 30).
It is now showing end of day Friday, October 31, meaning I can't get it to the PPF installer before they close for the weekend, pushing the repair into the next week.
When I dug deeper into the tracking details, I saw that the order was not even tagged by FedEx for expedited delivery, although a call to Lucid confirmed I had been charged the $50 extra:
