front fuse box for dash Cam?

Try to install a 12V socket for my dash Cam in Lucid GT. I watched some threads and got some questions. Could someone answer this?
I got side bar off on passenger seat but saw this. I don't think it's the

Is fuse box under this panel?

Here is from another post installed socket, where can I get the similar type 12v socket on market? How to connect it into the fuse box?
