Haha you beat me to it! Here is LinerX mats with mojave interiorGot the linerx mats today for my Touring. Pretty happy with the look and the fit. Definitely more coverage than the oem lucid ones. That said it's not a perfect fit for the rear, it leaves around a 1cm of gap at the edge of either side for me. It has a grippy rubbery texture so shouldn't have to worry about slipping when wet.
Sure I'll send him this pic.Is anyone else having trouble with the plastic fasteners losing their adhesion? I reported this to 3D Mats and they have been ghosting me for weeks. @hydbob , do you mind letting your rep know? Terrible way to do business. View attachment 12457
I appreciate it. I’ve sent photos and multiple emails for weeks.Sure I'll send him this pic.
Would you recommend Black or Grey with Mojave? Here’s how they look with Mojave:
@Chaji - I don’t know what the Grey mats look like in person; I ordered Black because that’s all that was available at the time, and I was happy with how they looked with the Mojave interior.Would you recommend Black or Grey with Mojave?
Do the mats utilize the velcro fasteners? I find the OEM ones creeps up after a few drives.Haha you beat me to it! Here is LinerX mats with mojave interior
thanks! This is very helpful... my only concern was that Lucid mats not giving enough coverage compared to 3D but color matching could be an issue@Chaji - I don’t know what the Grey mats look like in person; I ordered Black because that’s all that was available at the time, and I was happy with how they looked with the Mojave interior.
That said, about a week after I posted these pictures, the Graphite Lucid All Weather Floor Mats I’d ordered finally came back into stock and quickly shipped. I installed these, and they look just perfect with Mojave. I figure I’ll put the 3D mats back in for the messy late Fall/Winter season.
The grey 3D mats match quite well with the Mojave grey color. I've been happy.thanks! This is very helpful... my only concern was that Lucid mats not giving enough coverage compared to 3D but color matching could be an issue
I stayed with Lucid’s mats in its many iterations, but it’s cost me in more ways than one. I bought the graphites first, followed by ceramics, and finally an extra set of Santa Cruz white carpet mats; for when the originals “wear out”, I told myself. And still, after all that, my OCD-neatfreak-car-nerd neuroses got pegged off the scale.
The first picture is the driver side floor mat after only one errand. Oh, no. I’m not having that! So I’ve compromised. All-weather graphites in the front to match the front seats, and all-weather ceramic in the back to match that seat:
I stopped my floor mat quest with the OG motortrend discussions. Now a year and 32 pages of forum posts later, I think I’ll go for the Lucid all weather mats 🤔
I did the same thing for the same reason, I just got a set of the 3D mats for the front and I think they look even better than the Ceramic Lucid Mats..I stayed with Lucid’s mats in its many iterations, but it’s cost me in more ways than one.
