Firmware Updates in Germany

Hi everyone,

I'm a new Lucid owner (2023 Lucid Air Touring, bought 1st hand from Lucid) and I have a question concerning firmware updates. My car is currently at 2.2.10 and 2.4.10 has been available for a while, but I don't get an update message. Does anybody in Germany (or elsewhere for that matter) have experience with this? Is this normal or is there a glitch in the matrix?

Contact customer care. If a car misses an update or had a problem with one, no further updates will be sent

Thank you so much for your advise. Lucid will pick up the car on January 8th due to a host of other issues, such as a nonfunctional front camera and trunk and frunk latches that will not close properly in cold temperatures. I also told them about the firmware issue and hope they'll resolve that, too...

For some reason, Lucid pushes updates to Europe much later than the US and (I think) even KSA. I don't think 2.2.10 is actually behind for Europe. My only guess as to why is there may be extra certification requirements from the EU.
