January 19th was suppose to be my delivery date but pre-delivery issues have delayed the delivery till this Saturday

We have now heard this type of situation in two of the most recent deliveries we know of. Owner pays and is notified that the car has been "shipped". Car reaches the Service Center to be prepped for delivery. Delivery has been postponed for "issues/errors". This is somewhat concerning...for us, and I am sure, for them.

This is not uncommon with cars. I would much rather have them catch and fix items before delivery.

agreed, PDI often finds things, maybe 10-20% of the time(almost always minor_. Its just we are sensitive for it because we are watching for it.

@Bbq9 is yours white? Joe @ OCDetailing told me when I dropped mine off he had a white one coming in also.

I went with Zenith Red - so not mine - plus since I’m waiting on the GT, I haven’t booked my slot yet.

Nah confirmed in Nov (as quantum grey) then again in Dec with zenith red - though in theory my position didn’t change
but I am not booking coating/wrapping until I get view of the VIN

I posted in another thread that my DA yesterday confirmed that he personally has made a couple of calls to confirm VINs for AGT. He also told me that the AGT's would not have the hardware needed for a hard close for car doors installed.

Conflicting info on whether the doors will have the motors to automatically close the car doors when fully open.

The doors with the Dream currently have a traditional soft close feature but not the hard close feature where you push a button and door closes. That hard close feature requires a piston or something in the door frame. There is a much better explanation of it somewhere on this site by @hmp10.
