Had my first service visit today for a Nav reset, rear deck creaking noise and blown back speaker. James is the guy for a large geographic area that spans at least Utah and parts of Idaho . He made the 3 hour drive north and addressed everything proficiently . He previously worked for Mercedes and has encyclopedic knowledge of the vehicle.
The rear deck in my car was not properly secured ( fasteners were missing ) , likely causing the creaking noise; this will be an easy fix.
Really impressed with this level of service in my area and now have an extra layer of peace of mind after the visit! Lucid will undoubtedly continue to make progress as they acquire more data and gain experience.
