Failed upgrade?

Earlier today I received a message that the software upgrade was available for my car. I followed the process to start the upgrade. Two hours later, however, my app says that I still have system 1.18. I receive no confirmation that the upgrade was successful. Does this mean that it didn't go through? I can't check on the car directly because it is on the West Coast while I am here in the east.

Car Firmware - 1.2.9

This happened to me once. Call customer service, and they will repush the upgrade to you and it’ll install no problem. Outside of that single event I’ve never had it happen to me again.
