Disappointed Sapphire Owner

I think the Sapphire is a wonderfully engineered car. I got mine last April. I can’t however recommend the car or the company to anyone.
Since April i’ve lost 15 use of vehicle days due to 7 service appointments. The appointments range from water infiltration (going through a car wash) causing the brake system to malfunction, loose fenders and window moldings requiring replacement, lane change warning settings malfunctioning and the charge port opening malfunctioning also. Also attached to this list are two updates.
I’ve written two emails to the CEO, Rawlinson expressing my displeasure. Apparently, my issues are of no concern to him. I’ve heard nothing from him or any Lucid employee. Unfortunately, the poor workmanship on my $250k Sapphire seems to be a pretty fair comparison to the quality of the company’s CEO.
I’m sure glad that I’m only a customer and not a stockholder.

Everything is factual, hopefully there is no issue posting it

Sorry to hear that. Mine is my favorite car to drive. I keep it in Scottsdale and the service center there has been great.

The 2025 cars should be much better. I've only had a few trim issues with my car, fixed by Lucid , no questions asked. What else do you expect from a new car manufacturer...Toyota like reliability? People should realize you can't expect a first car from a new manufacturere to be perfect.

Damn! Don’t be so dismissive. They spent $250K on a car and to be ignored by Lucid is unacceptable. The “you should expect this from new car company so suck it up and go away” is a poor answer to justify a companies issues.
