I saw a few threads about the silver wheels paint color but none about the stealth wheels. Anyone have any ideas of a close touch up paint color/product for sale for the stealth rims? Thanks!

I feel your pain. I curbed my rear wheel on the 4th day of ownership….used a sandpaper to fix the curb rash on the non stealth 20 inch aero wheels and there was no need to paint. Not sure about the stealth look wheels and how bad the damage is on your end. I did use a sharpie multiple times on my Model Y Performance 21 inch Wheels which was a perfect match.

what grit sandpaper did you use?

Got a small paint chip on my stealth rim from a careless new MBZ E class parked next to me, he was trying to get the soft close door to work but it just doesn't catch.

Bumping this up to see if there is any touch up available for Stealth rim.

I have stealth wheels too..and a curb rash. I thought it was on the black part but in the sun I realized it was on the dark smoky grey part. I bought matte black paint but now I realized it is the wrong color. Anyone have recc for stealth rim touch up paint?

I'm also curious if mobile wheel repair people have a matching paint for stealth rims. If it's a semi-transparent gray, it's not likely you'll be able to make a good looking spot repair.

I have rim rash on the stealth wheels too. So far I don’t see any posts about a matching touch up paint. Really need to find a fix.

Has anyone tried a mobile wheel repair person with stealth wheels? They would be the ones to know if it's even possible.

My wheel tiny paint chip was from adjacent car door slammed into it.

For my case the best solution I thought was to wrap it and I just saw this product came up on YouTube.

I don’t have enough patience to try that myself. lol But looks good!

Apparently Sherwin Williams has an automotive paint store - they can do custom matches. I have the stealth wheels and the smokey gray took a hit today. I will use a die grinder and some fine sandpaper to smooth, and likely some gray primer that can be wet sanded to make sure the gouges are gone. Hopefully, they can match, and if so, I will share the paint composition. I live in Portland, Oregon, and have a stealth dream edition - the store is pretty close to my home. I will likely ask them to match the black on the rims as well just in case. Again, I will share all info if successful. Will also get their opinion on surface prep and top coating

Don’t use a grinder, use 3m half moon sanding blocks and the appropriate grit. No need for primer.

Don't know where you live, but I found a mobile biz that guarantees perfect match on any tire rash. I have the same wheels as you and put a 6 inch rash on my passenger rear rim getting into a charging station. This mobile biz completely disappeared the rash in under an hour. To this day, 5 months later , I can't find the damage, the job was so complete. I'm sure there are businesses like the one I used who could do the same for you. Cost me $150.
