Curb rash - 4th day of ownership on 20 inch wheels

This thread causes me physical pain. Like watching videos of guys getting kicked in the ball bag.

A curb got me again on the same wheel. I don’t have the curb rash alert either. Anyway, for those of you wondering what a repaired rim looks like, here’s the before and after. $200, took the guy 25 minutes, and he came to me. Worth it. You can see in the before photo that about 50% of the rim circumferences had curb rash.

My understanding is that the stealth wheels cannot be refinished

360 cameras and my wheels look like I went offroading at Moab Technology only works if I'd actually pay attention. I keep telling myself to let them get worse before fixing but after 2 years I think this spring will be my deadline.
