I'd like to add to the CR fan club, he was very helpful in dealing with a couple of glass-related problems on my AT last week.

And I got a GT as a courtesy car - score!

Also, does anyone have any long term experience with the cross bars , after having them fitted/refitted by Lucid? This was the reason (afaik) for one of my glass problems, and they are asking me if I want them reinstalled. I'm doubtful(!)

Did lucid originally install them? Evidently the only time issues crop up is when owners install them themselves.
