Who exactly would you return it to? You bought it used.

Just reporting back. I have been using the Lectron J1772 48amp attached to the Lectron cable extender Tesla to J1772 without issue. I get 11kw/hr charging speed. No over heating at extension cord or adapter.

If you don't mind the work, you might be ahead by swapping out the Tesla wall charger for a J1772 unit and using Tesla's own J1772 adapter to charge the Tesla, if you still have it.
This rather than using a third-party adapter to charge your Lucid.
