Confusion with Tesla charging

I spoke with Lucid tech support and sent them a screenshot of my Lucid app (latest version) showing PnC was not activated. He’s supposed to get back to me.

I have the same thing. Could it be because we have time left on our free EA charging?
 
Yup, that’s what I did, started the Tesla app, chose the stall # and plugged in…to no avail.
I got the Tesla app to work by plugging in first, then Tesla will show the charger as in-use (grayed put), but if you click on it twice or 3x v it will allow you to start the charge on that charger

Edit: this was with the Lucid adapter, and I first tried to use Lucid app to start the charge but it didn't recognize i was at a Tesla charger, so I had to use the Tesla app

As of 082525, my Service Summary screen in my Lucid app is also showing Inactive as in the screenshot above. Following…
 
I suspect I am missing something here. I have the same situation. I plug into a Tesla charger, it says I need to authenticate in the app, but I can’t figure out where to do that. Those that have, where exactly are you seeing the place to choose the stall number pop up?
