Charger did not get released - Air - GT, 2025.

Greetings everyone - We are new to Lucid family. Picked up our GT last week. Ran into a weird issue - the charger cable did not get released.
1) Car was unlocked
2) Took almost 3-4 mins before the car released the charger.

Thought it was one off and happened again in EA charger.

The main pattern is, the charge was completed, so i could not press the "stop charge". I read in the forum ,we have to press "stop charge" - if charge reached desired threshold and the session ended, it takes its own timeout (3-4 mins). Is this common or just happening to our car? Did any one else also ran into this issue?

I haven't had that experience with EA. Is the vehicle locked when you are trying to remove the charging cable? If you have the car locked it wont release.

If that isn't the case I would call customer care and see if you can get an appointment to diagnose the charger port.

Be aware there is a manual release cable you can pull after opening the frunk. Read up on it first though.
