Car and Driver rates Lucid No. 1 in “Who makes the best cars”

Car & Driver has always been very favorable to Lucid. This ranking is a bit skewed though because it is based on rankings across the entire model lineup, and the other makers obviously have a lot more models than Lucid. Not taking anything away from Lucid because they give both the Air and Gravity a 10, but any car brand with various models across the pricing structure will have a harder time getting all 10s.

The top rated brands pay the most to use the licensing. Lucid and Rivian are rated highest in this article. You can love your Lucid, but it is no way Lucid is 10/10 and Rivian a 9/10 manufacturer. Both of these are rated the lowest in reliability by a number of others. No question they have paid for these ratings.

It is like wine spectator magazine. You pay to play. These ratings don’t mean anything
Receipts? Evidence? Perhaps even proof? At the risk of sounding the cynic, is there ANY chance, at all, that you will produce any of the aforementioned? Opinions are, of course, fine, as far as they go but they NEVER determined, for example, the speed of light. Science, driven by inquiry and evidence, is what is needed. Got any?

I'm surprised Claude didn't tell you that award licensing is not the same as pay-to-play ranking. Award licensing is monetizing award badges only after a rankings are earned through a separate process. No matter who ends up on their top 10 list, they have to pay to advertise that award - that's the licensing award part.
If the first place manufacturer does not want to pay, they will just move on to promoting the next one until they pay. There is a conflict of interest between the consulting and sales here. Lucid getting 10/10 proves it. Read the forums. If a 10/10 company has this many issues, what would a 5/10 manufacturer be?

Lucid rated 10/10 is the evidence.
