Blutooth and apps not working

I have turned off the carplay on the iphone to avoid loosing wifi on my phone.
Bluetooth is conncected.
I choose bluetooth as the option - select the iphone
I am trying to play music from my youtube , but it freezes and does not allow me to play anything.
If i disconnect from the bluetooth it works fine.
How do i fix this issue,.

1. What freezes? The entire phone? Or just the music stops?
2. When you are trying to “avoid losing wireless” are you sitting at home? What is the reason this is important? What’s the goal!?
3. How are you disconnecting Bluetooth?
4. Please post a screenshot of your Bluetooth devices page on the phone.
5. Please post a photo of the car interface showing what screens you are using to access music.
6. Are all apps updated? Is iOS the lastest version?

I have no 5g in garage. Phone works on wifi only.

3. How are you disconnecting Bluetooth?

By turning it off on phone.
Also tried turning it off on the car screen.

Yes. Last update few days ago also with latest security patch.
